I noticed there are no women. Could this be the secret hiding place of the patriarchal meetings?

I have since seen women on this show, however, by comparison, the jobs they do seem much easier, like fish gutter and bird waste remover. It's the men that do the real dirty work like cleaning sewers and coal miner. LOL Thanks to affirmative action some of these companies could probably be sued, as is, right now, for simply having too few or no women on staff.
